The AF1025T-25L hydraulic oil cooler is an air-cooled plate-fin heat exchanger with a flow rate of 25L/min, designed to maintain optimal oil temperatures in various industrial and mobile machinery applications.
Durable Construction: Made from high-quality, lightweight aluminum alloy with efficient fin channels and a plate heat exchanger design, ensuring excellent heat dissipation, good seismic intensity, and resistance to corrosion.
Efficient Cooling Performance: Features a cooling capacity of 800 Kcal/h (approx. 0.94-1.35 KW) and an air output of 200 M³/h, effectively preventing oil overheating and maintaining optimal viscosity for efficient lubrication.
Versatile Power Options: The integrated fan motor is available in various voltage options, including AC220V/AC380V or DC12V/DC24V, for wide compatibility with different power systems.
Robust Specifications: It can handle a maximum working pressure of 2 MPa (around 290 psi or 20 bar) and operates within an oil temperature range of 10°C to 180°C.
Compact Design: The unit is compact (packaged size approx. 29 x 29 x 15 cm) and lightweight (around 3 kg), making it easy to install in tight spaces
