NCB Gear Pump


NCB Series Servo Pumps are high-pressure resistant, internally geared, quiet, and energy-efficient servo pumps. The NCB-3 model operates in a flow rate range of 40/50 cc, while the SNCB-4 model operates in a flow rate range of 64/80/100 cc, both with a maximum pressure capacity of 250 bar.

Key Characteristics of NCB Series Pumps:

  • Internal Gear Principle: The pump operates using an internal gear engagement principle with a "crescent plate" to create negative pressure at the inlet and smoothly displace liquid at the outlet, ensuring minimal pulsation.

  • High Efficiency: It uses an axial and radial pressure compensation design, which maintains high volumetric efficiency even when operating at low speeds or with low-viscosity fluids.

  • Ultra-Low Noise and Pulsation: The design, featuring high-strength cast iron and a unique internal muffler, results in significantly reduced noise and flow/pressure pulsation compared to traditional pumps.

  • High Pressure Capability: The pump can handle maximum working pressures up to 35 MPa (~5,076 psi).

  • Wide Speed Range: It offers a wide operating speed range, with a maximum speed of up to 3000 rpm.
