The VS18LUDV hydraulic main control valve is a multi-way directional valve designed for 6–8 ton hydraulic excavators. It is primarily used to control the direction, flow rate, and pressure of hydraulic oil in the excavator hydraulic system, enabling coordinated operation of the boom, arm, bucket, swing, and travel functions.
Featuring a compact modular sectional design, the valve can be configured with multiple sections according to the requirements of different machines. The chip-type structure allows flexible configuration of multiple valve sections according to machine requirements.
Integrated LS relief valve automatically adjusts system pressure to improve hydraulic efficiency and reduce energy loss.
Supports simultaneous operation of boom, arm, bucket, swing, and travel functions with stable flow distribution.
Designed for heavy-duty excavator operation with system pressures up to 28–30 MPa.
