Product Description

The RFA series miniature direct return oil filter is a high-efficiency component designed to filter contaminants from hydraulic fluid as it returns to the reservoir, thereby protecting the system and extending fluid life. It is known for its compact structure, high filtration accuracy, and ease of maintenance.


Key Features of RFA series miniature direct return oil filters

  • High Filtration Efficiency: The filter element mainly uses glass fiber material, offering advantages such as high filtration accuracy, low initial pressure drop, and high dirt-holding capacity. Filtration accuracy options include 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, and 30 microns.

  • Safety and Reliability:

  • Bypass Valve: When the filter element is clogged or the oil temperature is too low, the bypass valve will automatically open (usually at 0.4 MPa pressure) to protect the safe operation of the hydraulic system.

  • Contamination Indicator: Equipped with a visual or electrical indicator that signals when the pressure difference reaches a set value (e.g., 0.35 MPa), prompting filter element replacement.

  • Structure and Installation:  Adopts a direct return installation design, directly mounted on the oil tank cover plate, with the filter head exposed outside the oil tank for easy filter element replacement and oil filling.

  • Fluid Diffuser: A fluid diffuser is located at the bottom to ensure smooth oil return to the tank, reducing air re-entry and bubble formation.

  • Simplified System Piping: The integrated design simplifies system piping connections, resulting in a more compact system layout.
