Product Description

The RFB series miniature direct return oil filter is an advanced hydraulic filtration component that features a magnetic element and a check valve in addition to standard return filter features like a bypass valve and contamination indicator. These enhancements provide superior contamination control, particularly of fine ferrous particles, and allow for flexible installation options on the top, side, or bottom of the hydraulic tank.

  • Magnetic Element: Built-in permanent magnet efficiently attracts small ferromagnetic contaminants that are difficult for the main filter element to capture.

  • Check Valve: Integrated check valve at the bottom supports top, side, or bottom mounting on the oil tank, preventing oil leakage during filter element replacement.

  • High-Efficiency Filter Element: Primarily uses glass fiber filter material, offering high filtration accuracy (1 to 30 microns selectable) and strong dirt-holding capacity.

  • Bypass Valve: Automatically opens when the filter element is clogged (0.4 MPa), preventing system oil starvation.

  • Contamination Indicator: Provides visual or electrical signals to indicate when the filter element needs replacement.

  • Maintenance and Structure: Features a dirt collection cup to prevent contaminants from falling back into the oil tank during filter element replacement; a liquid diffuser ensures smooth oil return and reduces air bubbles.
