The PVM series plunger pumps feature a rigorously tested rotating system that allows for continuous operating pressures up to 280 bar (4000 psi) and intermittent operating pressures as high as 320 bar (4600 psi).
Each frame size also includes variants with higher flow rate ratings of 230 bar (3300 psi), providing additional application flexibility.
Long service life:
Heavy-duty bearings and a rigid drive shaft design contribute to a long pump life of up to 30,000 hours (at 65% of rated pressure), reducing operating costs and extending service life.
High-strength swashplate: Made of high-strength material, resulting in minimal deformation and strong load-bearing capacity.
Low-friction bearing: The bearing features a lubrication groove design, resulting in a low friction coefficient and extending the pump's service life.
Compact design: The single-sided variable displacement structure makes the pump body more compact and ensures more even stress distribution.
Controllable flow rate: By adjusting the piston stroke, stepless variation of the flow rate can be achieved, allowing for precise control of the hydraulic system.

The pump's flow is adjusted by changing the angle of an internal swash plate. As the swash plate angle changes, the stroke length of the pistons varies, which in turn changes the volume of fluid displaced per rotation, allowing the flow rate to adapt to the system's needs.
