K7V140DTP is a new-generation swash plate type axial piston variable pump from Kawasaki K7V series, designed for 30–35 ton excavators and heavy construction machinery. It features load sensing & power control, rated pressure 350bar, peak 400bar, displacement 140cm³/rev. Highlights include high efficiency, low noise, high reliability, and high power density. With heavy-duty bearings and reinforced shaft for longer service life, tandem configuration for multi-circuit systems, it performs stably in mining, infrastructure and harsh working conditions, making it the mainstream main pump for 30-ton class equipment.

The K7V140DTP Hydraulic Variable Displacement Piston Pump is a high-performance swashplate-type axial piston pump from Kawasaki’s K7V series, engineered for 30–35 ton heavy-duty construction machinery. Featuring load sensing and pressure control, it delivers a nominal displacement of 140 cm³/rev with a rated pressure of 350 bar and peak pressure of 400 bar, ensuring stable high-pressure flow output. Its optimized design offers high efficiency, low noise, and exceptional durability, with reinforced shaft and heavy-duty bearings for extended service life. 1.How does the variable displacement work?

The pump's flow is adjusted by changing the angle of an internal swash plate. As the swash plate angle changes, the stroke length of the pistons varies, which in turn changes the volume of fluid displaced per rotation, allowing the flow rate to adapt to the system's needs.
