Product Description
The K3V63DTP axial piston variable pump is a more affordable alternative to the original ,a high-performance swash plate type axial variable displacement piston pump developed and produced by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, belonging to the classic K3V series. It adopts a tandem double pump structure with an integrated PTO (Power Take-Off) interface, which is well-known for its high power density, stable operation and reliable high-pressure performance in medium-sized construction machinery applications. As a dedicated main pump for 11–15 ton excavators, this pump effectively balances efficiency, durability and compactness, providing stable and efficient power support for hydraulic systems in harsh working scenarios such as construction, mining and infrastructure, and has been widely recognized in the global construction machinery market with more than 25 years of application experience.

High Power Density & Compact Structure: Adopting a half-cylindrical swash plate design, it achieves high pressure, light
weight and compactness, effectively increasing power density (output per unit mass). The tandem double pump structure
eliminates the power divider, improves transmission efficiency and reduces overall weight, which is perfectly adapted to
the limited installation space of 11–15 ton excavators.
High Efficiency & Strong Self-Priming Capacity: The adoption of a spherical valve plate and improved hydraulic balance
ensures stable cylinder rotation, maintaining high volumetric efficiency even in low-pressure and low-speed ranges, and
effectively reducing energy loss. With excellent self-priming performance, the maximum self-priming speed reaches 2650
rpm, which can avoid cavitation caused by insufficient oil suction and ensure stable operation in complex working conditions.
Long Service Life & High Durability: Equipped with large-capacity main bearings and a piston return mechanism that
compensates for shoe wear, it can withstand long-term heavy-load impact and intermittent peak pressure of 39.2 MPa,
significantly extending the service life under harsh working conditions such as mines and construction sites. The high-
quality wear-resistant components (cylinder block, piston, valve plate) ensure stable performance and reduce maintenance
frequency.
Low Noise & Stable Operation: Through the optimized design of valve plate and pump casing rigidity, fluid pulsation and
mechanical vibration during operation are effectively reduced, achieving lower noise operation and creating a more
comfortable working environment for operators. The mature hydraulic control system ensures smooth displacement
adjustment and stable power output without obvious pressure fluctuation.
Versatile Control & Wide Compatibility: It supports multiple control modes such as constant power, pressure cut-off
and negative flow control, which can accurately match the complex action needs of excavators, reduce energy consumption
and improve operation smoothness. It is widely compatible with mainstream 11–15 ton excavator models, with complete
accessories and convenient maintenance.
Integrated PTO Interface & Practical Design: The integrated PTO interface can directly drive auxiliary components such
as pilot gear pumps, simplifying the overall hydraulic layout of the equipment and reducing installation difficulty. The
standardized interface design ensures interchangeability with original parts, facilitating quick replacement and maintenance.
